Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return eligible products within 7 days of purchase.

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued via M-Pesa or cash, depending on your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we'll exchange it at no extra cost. Contact our team immediately and we'll make it right.
